Induction E-Learning

These certificates are needed before you can start to study on the wards at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals. To complete the training, please click here and login using your Open Athens account issued to you when you received your Keele email address. You should have received a reminder about your account from eduserv.

For any new users, an HEI NHS OpenAthens account is no longer required to register with e-LfH. Students who are new to the platform will now just need to self-register with their Keele email address on the eLfH portal for access.

Existing users can also change over from HEI NHS OpenAthens to registering with their Keele account. But they'll need to contact e-LfH support if they want to do this.

You will be sent an email with a link for you to send your downloaded certificates to us via Health Survey. If you have not received this link please contact the SaTH Undergraduate office.

DATA SECURITY

AWARENESS LEVEL 1

On the homepage is a boxed titled "my e-learning", click the link to view full catalogue. There is an alphabetical list on the left hand side for you to select the course.

Once completed please click on the certificate icon and download the certificate.

BLOOD TRANSFUSION

You will need to complete four modules as a mandatory requirement of your Blood Transfusion teaching:

Blood 01 - Safe Transfusion Practice
Blood 02 - Blood Components and Indications for Use
Blood 09 - Consent for Transfusion
Blood 10 - Safe Blood Sampling for Transfusion Video

SHARP SMART

In addition to your blood transfusion certificate, you will also need to complete the Sharp Smart training online by visiting the Sharp Smart Academy website. If you have any problems accessing this website on internet explorer or safari, please use Google Chrome.

You will need to use the following logon details:

Username: SATH

Password: Sse-learning1

You need to complete Sharpsmart 5 Moments, which is found under Products and Services. Please ensure that you click new attempt and once you have completed this, press Control and Print Screen and type your name underneath.
