Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction is a structured group programme that teaches mindfulness practices, such as meditation and yoga, to alleviate the suffering associated with stress and anxiety.

Following on from the recent successful one day sessions SaTH will be running an eight week evening programme starting on 4th October and finishing on 22nd November. This programme will be run every Wednesday from 6.30-8.30pm and will be held in Room B, Education Centre, PRH.
